Welcome to the Ranch.
Can you show us your web.xml? (Please dont forget to UseCodeTags ) and also share with us the URL you are trying which results in the 404

So you are using annotations?
Can you share the URL and corresponding annotation?

I do not think I will be able to help further unless you provide the information I requested

As Maneesh said, you need to provide us with the proper information in order for us to help you out .

If you are using annotations, it is most likely you are hitting the URL incorrectly or maybe your servlet didnt get registered by the container , can you post your servlet class here ( the one with the name LoginHandler ) . Also I would like you to post your server logs here.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
