Hello Valentin

What if you backup tablespaces?
What is the state of the system tablespace?
Did you try to rebind (db2rbind) the base bnd files?

Did you try to execute post-upgrade tasks (http://pic.dhe.ibm.com/infocenter/db2luw/v9r7/index.jsp?topic=%2Fcom.ibm.db2.luw.qb.upgrade.doc%2Fdoc%2Ft0022384.html)?

Succeeded to rebind = 392
Failed to rebind = 0 (or more)
