Eclipse no longer has servers/web projects

I have been using eclipse for Java EE for a few months with everything working fine. I have Dynamic Web Projects running and a server in eclipse and everything. However today all of that functionality is gone. I cannot create or use a server or create a web project. Its like suddenly everything javaEE related is missing. I have not touched anything that should have changed this... i have no idea what caused it. Also one of my projects uses Maven and its dependencies are all messed up as well.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks

Probably the easiest way to fix it is to download and reinstall Eclipse, and then use the reinstalled Eclipse to open your existing workspace (backup your workspace first, just in case). This solution takes 5-10 minutes - trying tweak your existing Eclipse to fix this could take hours or days.
