Hi everyone,

i am working with a small company as a java developer have been worked on two projects one was in java, and another in j2ee now working in the next project which is also based on j2ee.
here the things what i want to do that want to quite my job with this company and want to go for other company for better learning and earning opportunities,so i need suggestion from you guys , i have only working knowledge in java, jsp, servlet, mysql,oracle10g . i have'nt got chance to work on any frameworks based application like struts, hibernate etc. but want to enhance my skill set so started learning struts and hibernate just two week before.
so what would be the right action for me , whatever i have previous skill set ,would it be good enough to get a good call from MNC's /some well companies or i should also include any framework in my skill set. really i need suggestion from you, your suggestion would be very helpful for me.
your replies would be highly appreciable. thanks for your time to given for this thread.

Hi Vivek,

According to my point of view I think it is better to stick with your current job for another couple of years. Still you don't have enough knowledge in frameworks. Also you are with lack of experience. You need time to study new technologies. Meanwhile you can gain experience from your current job. Also you can contribute to open source projects which you can improve your technical knowledge hugely.
