I'm having a little play with Wicket, i have a form that contains a textbox, i can validate if this textbox contains no data when it is required.. but now i cant seem to find a way of getting that data from the user, validating it and if it is wrong then ask the user to re-enter incorrect data...
The data i'm dealing with is a number (I can set the type to be Integer), and lets say i want it divisible by 10, i can do the math myself, its not a big deal, but how do i get to the part where i get the data and check it?
I looked in the documentation for wicket, and it gave a piece of code to be added to the page i'm validating, but i'm not comfortable with the code because i dont quite understand it
it is here, if you want to see it.. (Iam not using this code to validate if the textbox contains data or not, i've just set the isRequired to true and wicket does it by itself...)
Thanks, any suggestions, tutorials, i'll be more than happy to have... HannaH [ March 26, 2008: Message edited by: H Melua ]
