Keeping Keystore Up to Date

Hi! I support a servlet that makes outbound connections to other web services using HTTPS. What is the best practice for keeping the CA certificates in the default Java keystore up to date? Is there a link to the latest cacerts on the Oracle web site, or do I need to harvest the certificates from all the various CAs and import them?

Don't get me started about those stupid light bulbs.
