tapestry 3.0

hi ,
i am learning tapestry 3.0 for my new project.i am working on examples given in http://www.sitepoint.com/article/jakarta-tapestry this url.i face one problem while running this application given in that url.
it shows class cast exception in this line
Content nextPage = (Content) cycle.getPage("Content");
could anyone please let me know to solve this issue.

I'm not much familiar with Tapestry, but I know that the newer versions are rather different the earlier ones. If you're just starting out, maybe version 4 or 5 would be a better choice than 3?

actually we are going to introduce the new module in the existing project.
the existing project works on tapestry 3.0 .so if i change to tapestry 4 or 5 the existing project is not supporting .for this reason we are going for tapestry 3.0 version.
