how to eliminate multiple questions with the same meaning

For example:
1.what is java
2.define java .....etc or
example:
1. what is polymorphism
2. define polymorphism
3. explain polymorphism
4. what do you mean by polymorphism


please help me

Basically, you need some natural language processor, and what I am pretty much sure is this is not something you can get to run with perfect accuracy.

You are really talking about an area of artificial intelligence that has be the object of intense study since the beginning of computers and generated a number of PhDs.

Congratulations, you have picked an ambitious project!

A great deal of simplification can be achieved by restricting the vocabulary. Watch out for misspellings and singular/plural distinctions.
