Regarding syllabus

Hello Every one, i want to know that method like wait() , notify() from Threads chapter are not in syllabus of ocjp 6 ( 1Z0-851) do i stil need to study and practice question on them ..

The exam topic section includes (under concurrency section):
Given a scenario, write code that makes appropriate use of object locking to protect static or instance variables from concurrent access problems.

This also includes wait-notify mechanism.

Please note that it is very unlikely that Oracle will provide a list of APIs/methods related to exam. Just because a method is not mentioned, does not mean that the method is not part of exam.
