How much work would it take to re-use the code in a jsp tag library?

that is, to re-use a jsp tag library from Wicket.

Wicket doesn't use JSP. so there is no possibility to reuse a tag library in Wicket. Wicket templates are pure HTML.

That said, if you want to combine JSP pages and Wicket pages in the same application, you can read more about that here.
