Hi Experts ! I'm working on an application using Struts, Servlet and JSP .. so I tried to implement my own logic for login-logout system but failed....

Now please help me implementing this using any other Java EE API provided for the same....

Actually I have a bunch of page where I need to authenticate Login users only.. Help me please.....

Thanks

You can implement this using FORM based authentication taken care by container. Refer here an example when using Tomcat server. For other servers like WAS, the mappings should be done through admin consoles.

Yes, it's much preferable to use the existing security mechanisms rather than invent your own. Some starting points are here: https://www.coderanch.com/how-to/java/ServletsFaq#security
