During Solaris 10 on my intel system it is showing some error.

i am trying 2 install solaris 10 on my intel pentium 4 2.66 ghz system.
but while installation is starting........during intial stage while configuring deviced it is showing 1 message.
which is...............
Ata-id-common : busy status oxfe error 0 * 0.

.....
than installation is continuing normally........! if i continue...Once installation is done....... it is not allowing system to start.....and showing message.

i want 2 know what is the problem with my system.
ans is my h/w is compatin]ble for solaris 10 installation.
my sustem details,
(1)80 gb seagate hard disk.
(2)Ati radeon 200 series.
(3)intel pentium 4. 2.66 ghz.
(4)512 mb ram.
(5)HDD DVD drive
