My experience has crossed 5 years now. I can see most of the calls for 3-5 years experience. i have worked in 3 companies till now.If i remove 1st company experience then again i can apply for 3-5 years instead of 5+ years. Is it ok if doing this has some advantages like more jobs of coding.?

thanks..

Well, number of jobs for 3-5 years might be more, but quality wise, I believe jobs for 5+ years would be better. I'm not sure why are you showing less experience.

Also, please note that for almost all jobs, you'll have to sign an agreement stating that you've provided 'complete' and 'true' information.

IMHO, hiding the experience is not a good idea.

I hope this helps.

Hiding the experience might invalidate your application and make you liable for dismissal.

You may achieve short term goal of getting new job but, in the long term it will impact you. For example, after some time by experience you might eligible for a senior position by experience but you may not apply for it as your removed some experience.

You can apply for a 3-5 year experience job with more than 5 years experience. You will likely get paid less, but it doesn't make you inelligible.

Your capabilities and what skills and experience you achieved in a period is more important than just number of years alone. Some people have the same year repeated 3 times, whilst the others have real 3 year experience. Good interviewers can determine this easily with some open ended questions.
