Improve skills in codility

Hi

I have worked mostly using frameworks like Struts, Spring and that things.

But when I go to an interview they test my skills in real time. For example I have to write code in front of them.

I have failed always. I know there is a website called codility for test developers. But if I want train what can I do?

Do you know any resourced which test your ability real time like an interview, and if my skills are low standard in that. What way can I improve them?

Thanks

Codilty appears to have hard samples up. The best way to get better at programming is to practice though. What do you think you are weak in? That's what you should practice.
