I am about to complete my graduation (B.Tech(CS)) .I have passed my OCJP6 exam with 93%. After OCJP i started preparing for Oracle certified SQL expert exam 1z0-047.
My question is whether i should search a job in java or get this 1z0-047 certificate to add more.If i try to get 1z0-047 it will take round about 2 months.
I am thinking that , if i get sql expert certificate , i will get a good job.

Some seniors have told me that , there are lots of job opportunities for entry level java freshers in Bangalore (India) .How true is it ?

I don't see why those are mutually exclusive. If you can get a job now, great. If not, you can study as you job hunt.

Don't pile up on your certifications. Try to add more experience through paid and unpaid jobs. The unpaid jobs can be voluntary work, open-source contribution, self-taught projects, etc.
