Dear friends, please tell me can we use stored procedure in my struts2 application.

Are you new to Struts or MySQL? Struts is a Front Controller and really doesn't have anything do do with how one interfaces with a database. The advice in this article about Struts 1.x still applies.
If you have specific questions about stored procedures or other database features, our JDBC forum would be the place to ask.
