I have changed my root password to 'a'.
i have to use phpmyadmin
Tell me how to create database through command line.

or i have to create another user.

And what is the command to connect to mysql(like in oracle sql connect username\password )

If you are working with PHP, you have phpmyadmin tool with WAMP or XAMPP that you can access via url http://localhost/phpmyadmin. It allows you to work with MySQL in GUI mode.

To work from command line (on windows):

1. Ensure MySQL bin is set to your PATH environment variable.
2. Type in on the cmdline
mysql -u root -p
it will then ask for password. root is username
