Are there any free web hosting for java applications which needs web server support.

Try http://free.hostingjava.it/. I wouldn't expect much, though; you should expect to pay for Java hosting.

Edit: I just notice that the feature that supposedly lets you switch the language of their web site to English is broken. Good luck dealing with them :-)
