Log4j problem

Hi guys,
We have just migrated application from WAS 5X to WAS 6.0.
Everything working fine. Log4j giving follwing Eroor. (I am posting
error because it is small. )

[8/4/08 9:44:02:804 EDT] 00000081 SystemErr R log4j:ERROR A "org.apache.log4j.RollingFileAppender" object is not assignable to a "org.apache.log4j.Appender" variable.
[8/4/08 9:44:02:804 EDT] 00000081 SystemErr R log4j:ERROR The class "org.apache.log4j.Appender" was loaded by
[8/4/08 9:44:02:804 EDT] 00000081 SystemErr R log4j:ERROR [com.ibm.ws.bootstrap.ExtClassLoader@121e121e] whereas object of type

According to my thinking it is giving this error because it is pointing to
to two different log4j jar in classpath. Is i am correct or any other
reason for this ?
