Dear Author,

Can seam be compared with other frameworks like Spring etc... (i.e: does seam has the features available with the framework like spring)?

Spring is probably the closest framework you can use to compare with Seam (but you would have to include all of Spring's modules in the comparison). The big difference between Spring and Seam is that Seam manages the scope of objects, whereas Spring does a pretty bad job at this, and Seam has a lot of infrastructure for supporting JSF.
