At two levels. Currently, seam-gen creates applications to show off Seam's "bookmarkable link" capabilities. Some do not consider this rest (technically it isn't, but it is the popular definition).

In Seam 2.1, Christian just committed probably the best REST integration you will find anywhere. It leverages the new REST spec in Java EE and the RESTeasy implementation from jboss.org. From what he showed me, my jaw was on the floor. Check out recent mailinglist posts or grab the SVN of Seam 2.1.
