Wicket Dialog Component?

Does anyone know how to create a Wicket Dialog in a Wicket application? I've scanned Pro Wicket (nothing there). Wicket In Action has one example of a javadoc dialog, but that has an apparently hardcoded message (http...8080), and the example only shows it as part of a link. I don't see how to generalize how it comes up; I don't see how to make the dialog itself into a Wicket component, at least not from that example.
Finally, it doesn't show how to convey various inputs back to the server.

I have found "contrib" dojo examples of a Wicket dialog, but I can't use anything that is not core Wicket for my project.
