How to disable caching for a website ?

Suppose there is a website and I do not want the browser to cache the data for it.

If you choose to disable caching in client side then you have to configure the caching policies of your browser.

If you choose to disable caching in server side then set related cache headers in the server responses

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
