I need to create domain model for SOA project.
Where should I start? What tools should I use?

Eclipse is your best tool platform. Many vendors build upon Eclipse. IBM Integration Bus toolkit is one example. Your post is sketchy, specifically what is it you are trying to do ? Have you plugged into the SOA ESB community ?
