Logging in to the jhitch.com after 24 hours of inactivity, members are missing from home page, login for the second time and registered members are displayed.
Members need to be displayed on the homepage anytime a user logs in.

Does this seem like an issue with Tomcat setting, or could it be the jsp causing this issue?

It's impossible to even surmise an answer with the scant information you've give. What on earth is a jhitch.com for example?

The website is a collection of member profiles with ability to send instant messages to members that are online. Site is created with MySQL, Java Classes, Servlets, and JSPs.

At this point all I can say is that it sounds like there is a bug somewhere in your program. Have you done any debugging to try and isolate where the problem is?

What else have you done? Have you determined that the data is OK in the database? That the data is being fetched correctly from the database? Sent to the page correctly? At what point in the process are things going awry?

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
