I was looking for the was 7 maven plugin, but I've only found this:

Do you know if there is some other plugin like that, for WebSphere 7?

I was trying to see how this works in the meantime but no source code is available.

Since your question is about a WAS pluing for Maven, I'm going to cross-link you to the WAS forum, maybe someone there knows about that plugin.
