Please define what you mean by Session. Is it an HttpSession, a Hibernate Session, so other form of Session. What technologies do you want to use?

With a more than two-word response, please explain what you mean by a "session handling framework".

So a couple of the top of my head.

Spring MVC and Spring WebFlow
JBoss Seam
Most likely Tapestry and Wicket too, but I have never looked into those frameworks, so I don't know.
