Eclipse resets recently used file list on startup

Ever since upgrading to Eclipse Juno, I noticed my list of recently used files is always reset on startup. Is this a feature or a bug? Does anyone know how to revert to the old behavior where it would remember your recently used file list. I've searched the settings but with no luck.

I tried Juno. Got frustrated with the lag (even after choosing the classic theme). Switched back to Indigo.
This sounds similar to what you are saying https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=389169

Nope, I don't think that's related. Switching to Classic theme didn't help.

Well, Kepler comes out next week. Not that it helps. Just means that Juno is unlikely to ever be fixed for this.
