This week's book giveaway is in the Mac OS forum. We're giving away four copies of a choice of "Take Control of Upgrading to Yosemite" or "Take Control of Automating Your Mac" and have Joe Kissell on-line! See this thread for details.
Got the results today that I have passed. It was close to a 90%. Felt good :)
This was a week after appearing for the essay exam.
I have been using this forum from the last 2 months and it has some real valuable information. Thank you all for that!
A lot of folks have given very detailed and well articulated information about their experience and I would not have anything more to add to that. One small thing, which I don't think I saw mentioned anywhere, and might be helpful is that in the essay exam the test allows you to go back and forth between questions without losing any information that you have typed in. You can actually write the basic answer for each question, move on to another question, and then if you have time, come back to a question to add more details. One can really go on and on in the essay exam and the temptation would be to write every single thing you know - but you have 8 questions in 120 minutes which gives you 15 minutes for each.
I kind of figured that out late in the exam, I used up 30 minutes to answer the first one and has only 2 minutes to answer the last one and did not answer it to satisfaction.
