I have 8+ years in development & design of enterprise applications using Java, JEE.
I have UK work permit and am looking for job opportunities in UK.

I have been trying for a job from India from indian companies and also from UK companies. But, no interview call yet.

Can anyone suggest me if it is wise to resign the current job and go to UK and start searching ?
Are there any good consultancies that offer a job from India ?
If not long term onsite, can I find some frequent UK travel opportunity job ?

Thanks a ton,
Key

This looks like a very bad idea. You can search for a job while you are still working at your current one.
