Your robot access details for server <MyServerName>
URL: https://robot.your-server.de
User: UserName

The standard Windows GUI client for SSH is called "putty"; a quick search on the web fill find it easily. If you haven't used SSH before you may wish to read up on it a bit so you know what it's all about.

note that once you have putty, you can get something called "superPutty", which is a sort of windows wrapper. It allows for tabbed terminal sessions, sending the same command to multiple windows, etc.

It's probably more than you need now, but it is a great tool.

I opened putty. and enter my server IP Address and click on Open button .

after that, it asks Username and password in command prompt. I entered both userName and password .it show Access Denied .

Even, If I enter wrong password also it shows Access Denied .

How can I fix this.

You may need to work with the person who created that account - maybe whoever "MD" is. Or the hosting provider may still have some kind of block on it - consult their documentation. Maybe it's not yet enabled, or your IP is blocked. Either way, it's a question for either the person who got you the credentials, or possibly the support of the hosting provider.

Ip Address is not blocked, because in my command prompt I tested with following command

That doesn't test whether the host has blocked your IP address for SSH.
