Greetings to all. Java novice here, looking for a little assistance. I'm editing a line or two in the uniCenta source. The developer guide can be found here for reference. http://www.unicenta.com/developers/developer-guide/ The netbeans walk-through is easy enough, but that's where it ends. No instructions for building the installer. I believe that I've successfully modified the code, rebuilt, & run the program within netbeans. Now it's time to build an installer for Windows. I tried bitrock, which is recommended on the page linked above, but upon opening the build.xml file from my netbeans project folder I get this error.

Could not load project file
C:/Users/..../NetBeansProjects/unicenta/build.xml
The object type [project] cannot contain tag [import] at line 12 in file
C:/Users/..../NetBeansProjects/unicenta/build.xml

Am I opening the correct xml file? The error is present using both v7 & v8 of bitrock. I wouldn't mind using another install builder if necessary. Opensource would be nifty, if anyone has a suggestion. Whatever works!

I have used this installer builder:

Advanced Installer

to get full functionality for installing Java apps, it is not free. I have found it easy to use.

Yes, Advanced Installer did the trick. Was very easy. Thank you, John!

I now have a need for help with unicenta opos & a mysql database. I need to edit the reports & ireport is the preferred designer for this task. The information on unicenta's forum on this topic is practically non-existent. The jasper forum is not very easy to navigate for help. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
