how I get rid of javax.faces.ViewState issue

I think you're being far too specialized in what you report.

As near as I can tell, this is the kind of response that you'd get back from an AJAX request. Except that this would be completely internal to the PrimeFaces vendor software implementation and never of any direct interest to application developers.

The ViewState is part of what allows JSF to manage postbacks and you definitely should not be messing around with it.

Customer surveys are for companies who didn't pay proper attention to begin with.
