NetBeans Swing:
I add a JTabel in JFrame,then I add JCombobox,In that Jtabel I add a path of the some files if i choose a file on the runtime in my JTabel,JCombobox shows the which S.no.My Problem is if i choose a same file at more time means the same serial no will add to my JCombobox i want to avoid that repetation please help me.

When you add the new item, check if it exists and add it only if it doesnt.


On a side note, if you are new to Swing, drop Netbeans DnD and start hand coding. That is the best way to learn Swing, without actually ending up learning (only) netbeans DnD
