Imported SVN into Eclipse. Now what? [missing ojdbc]

Imported SVN into Eclipse. Now what? I get "oracle not found" stuff, and the project structure is not familiar to me... Maven I have never dealth with.

My immediate desire is to create a working war from the SVN version to get the latest bug fixes.

ERROR:
