Is it possible to integrate JBoss AOP with Spring framework ? I have a Spring framework application and I would like to try JBoss AOP. Is it possible to have both or do I need to migrate my beans configurations all to JBoss framework ?

I am not familiar with JBoss AOP, but if you weave at compile time I don't see why any of these solutions will not work anywhere. However Spring has facilities like @Transactional, @Async etc. They offer an AspectJ mode or by default it uses Spring aspects. You won't be able to use your JBoss AOP for this. However I don't see why you could not use Spring AOP (the default for those) and use JBoss AOP for your own custom aspects.

Thanks,
