Something is running in my laptop and not able to delete. It automatically adds weird ads in any web page. I deleted the browser history and cookies. Still it exists somewhere... Any inputs.... I checked in control panel too....

What browser? What OS?

There are only two hard things in computer science: cache invalidation, naming things, and off-by-one errors

You've got some sort of toolbar or add-on that you're unaware of. Many software installers -- even those from reputable publishers -- will add these things to your system these days, sometimes asking you first, but sometimes not. If you're lucky, you'll be able to remove it in the Add/Remove Programs control panel. Have a look.
