Redirect to another page using Strutsconfig.xml

Hi all I have an issue redirecting a request to another page. I should be redirecting from struts config itself without defining any action class. I am able to forward but the URL seems to be not changing. I am expecting the URL also to be changed to the URL of redirected page. Instead it is showing the URL which was requested.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
