Hi all!
Is there "restore password" function in JForum? Where I can find it?

Welcome to CodeRanch!

I'm not sure what restore password would do. You have two options though:
1) Have the user click to email a new password
2) Go into the admin console and reset the user's password to a known value

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
