Testing V2.3.5 on localhost (tomcat 7 and mysql)

There are many hints that jforum is able to have polls (e.g. admin rights page, config options, etc.). But I do not see any button or link where I can set up a new poll. What am I missing?

Thanks for reply.

When you click on the "New Topic" button, the message editor window will show a "Poll" tab (just beside the "Attachment" tab) just below the editor. Of course, whoever is creating the poll will need to have the "poll creation" permissions setup which can be done in the admin control panel by the admin of the forum.
