If i give parent directory name dynamically, particular batch file should aceess its .txt extension files under its subdirectories

Sorry I don't understand your question. Please give an idea of the context of your problem.
Also, would you please review Java Ranch's Naming Policy and change your displayed name so that it conforms to the required form. In your case you need to give a second or family name. You can change your displayed name here.
