JBOSS Could not start deployment

Hi,
I found lots of topics about my problem but none of them contained solution useful for me...
The issue is that I have my web application divided into 3 separate projects: client, model, server. (GWT + hibernate + RESTEasy). Everything works fine together. But, now I need my application to support different versions of data model (which also means different versions of GUI and RESTCalls). So i copied my projects and changed they names into client2, model2, server2. Compiled it and deployed into JBOSS...
And here starts the problem. server2 does not work.

I changed name in all configs files, i changed every occurance of 'server' into 'server2' in whole eclipse workspace. And it does not work.

Here is more from stacktrace:

Any ideas?

07:45:22,750 ERROR [ContextConfig] Parse error in application web.xml file at jndi:/localhost/server2/WEB-INF/web.xml
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Can't convert argument: null

As per that error message, you'll have to fix the contents of the web.xml

Actually, there were no changes in web.xml:

A quick search for that error message turned up this http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2293797/tomcat-startup-web-xml-issue
