Hi JaiKiran,,

I need a quick tip if Enhydra's xmlc.jar is compatible with jboss as 7.1.1. Instead of jsp's, we use xmlc to display html pages..

Please share your thoughts on it. I created this account only to send this request... as I'm in a hurry towards completion of migration from jboss 3.2 to jboss as 7.1.1.

Thank you,

Diesel

Good to know!

I have never heard of xmlc and just googled for it. It seems like the last release was in 2004 which is way back and I have never seen anyone use it (or even ask about it) with JBoss AS/WildFly. So I can't really say if it's going to work or not.

By the way, would you please change your display name to follow our naming policy http://www.javaranch.com/name.jsp? Thank you!

Hi Jaikiran,

It worked! The issue was due to two versions of the same jar file in the modules folder, so i removed the other jar.

Thank you,
Aluru

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
