Hi ,
I am not able to debug the error in the web app as log file in logs folder is not getting generated because of which I am not able to see the full stack trace of the cause.
Any suggestion on this and how to get generated the log file in logs folder.
Thanks

I suggest that you ask this question in the Tomcat forum. Also indicate whether or not you are running Tomcat as a WIndows Service or from a command prompt, as some Windows configurations don't log in the usual place.

Customer surveys are for companies who didn't pay proper attention to begin with.

Which log file are you talking about ? The "catalina.out" file ? Check to see if it exists in the logs folder. Also see if you have read/write privilages on the $tomcat_dir$. Lastly I would like you to check that does your application create a custom log file someplace else to debug all output ?
