EAR with shared Spring context

Hello.
I try to make EAR with 2 WARs
The problem is that I can't understand how make the shared mainContext for each WAR.
So, I have ~core.jar, ~ui.war, ~ws.war
~core.jar has a model, DAO, BO and other, and (if I understood right) he should have a parent context which will be shared for my WARs.
How can I do it? If you can explain me step by step.
Now I have this:

Please, don't laugh I just want to understand how is it works so I have to make this picture xD
so... I think I don't understand and make it wrong.
And... how to make this EAR? I mean - where I should put WARs in EAR (structurally).
Thanks in advance and sorry for my worst English.

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
