Struts1.I have spent half day on it, I searched every solution on the internet, however I still can not solve this problem. The problem is like this:

HTTP Status 404 - /login.do

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

type Status report

message /login.do

description The requested resource (/login.do) is not available.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Apache Tomcat/6.0.32

The form information in the login page is here:

<form name="ctl00" method="post" action="../login.do" id="ctl00">

Action mapping information:

<action path="/login" type="com.super4.dang.action.LoginAction" name="loginForm">
<forward name="success" path="/WEB-INF/jsp/authorize/login_ok.jsp" contextRelative="true" ></forward>
<forward name="fail" path="/WEB-INF/jsp/authorize/login_form.jsp" contextRelative="true" ></forward>
<forward name="validateCode" path="/WEB-INF/jsp/authorize/register_two.jsp"></forward>
</action>

web.xml: <filter>
<filter-name>ActionFilter</filter-name>
<filter-class>com.super4.dang.action.ActionFilter</filter-class>
</filter>
<filter-mapping>
<filter-name>ActionFilter</filter-name>
<url-pattern>*.do</url-pattern>
</filter-mapping>
<servlet-mapping>
<servlet-name>action</servlet-name>
<url-pattern>*.do</url-pattern>
</servlet-mapping>

Thank you so much if any suggestions!

The "action" of the form must be the "name" of your action in struts.xml, not the path. Furthermore, you schuld use <s:form> not <form>.
