Default action for a namespace problem

Hey everyone,

So I have an application using Struts 2 that is broken into two namespaces - / and /admin. If the user goes to the application using / like so:

http://localhost:9080/MyApp/

Then they will end up at the welcome page as defined in web.xml. I want a similar thing to happen if the user goes to:

http://localhost:9080/MyApp/admin

But I want them to end up at the admin page. Nothing I have tried so far has worked though. I've tried using default-action-ref, I've tried using a global result with an empty action - nothing seems to work. I just keep getting this error:

Error 404: SRVE0190E: File not found: {0}

HALP!

P.S. I'm running this app on Websphere 8.5 if that makes any difference.

You should post web-xml and struts.xml.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
