Hi all,

I would like to learn more about Javascript coding-wise because I think it is boring to read on and on some verbose javascript books.

I wonder if anyone can point me some materials online/offline that could surely speed up my javascript learning journey.

Many thanks,

Lalkhum

Well, naturally I'm going to recommend my own book: Secrets of the JavaScript Ninja.

Skip the first two chapters if you want to get right to the meat and not be bored.

It may be exactly what you are looking for as it already assumes you know the basics and starts digging right into what's really important about JavaScript. The 3rd post in this topic describes the target audience, which sounds a lot like you.

Hi Bear,

I have got a safari book online account, using which I have started reading your book.

It looks promising so far as I have started reading the 3rd part.

Thanks for giving me a valuable pointer, and I might have a couple of questions soon hopefully.

Thanks,

Lalkhum

Great! Hope you enjoy the book and of course, I'm here to answer any questions.

Look! I laid an egg! Why does it smell like that? Tiny ad, does this smell weird to you?
