Subversion error: Deleting a REPOSITORY

How to DELETE a repository using subversion command tool?.
I made a mistake while creating a repository
i given a command script as
svnadmin create REPOS_PATH file://E:\My ocuments\projects\REPOSITORY
By mistake,i provided a 'file://' there.That causes me troubles,And then i have created REPOSITORY in E:\My Documents\ folder.So DOS naming(whitespace) probloms also coming.
Then i tried to create a new repository by this script,
svnadmin create REPOS_PATH E:\REPOSITORY1
Error coming as this,
svn: Repository creation failed svn: Could not create top-level directory svn: 'REPOS_PATH' exists and is non-empty
So i wanna delete created REPOSITORY.How to DELETE a repository?.
