Hi,

When i start the server the heap memory in the console shows 43%
But at the end of the day it goes upto 99% and the server becomes unresponsive.
I have changed the heap memory to 748MB

The heap is where new objects are stored. They are kept there until all references to them are gone and the garbage collector runs. That means the problem is you are creating too many objects and/or not releasing the references to them. It could be as simple as making sure user sessions time out after a reasonable span of inactivity. However, most likely, you will need to run a profiler to find out exactly what's filling up your heap.
